Cymbal PNG is the full mock-up. Artwork PNG is just your marks on a transparent background — paint keeps its colours, engraving comes out as solid dark. Artwork SVG is real vector paths, so it scales cleanly and can be handed to someone who cuts or prints. Stamped images stay as embedded pictures inside the SVG, since a photo can't be turned into paths.
